Community Day @ Whitewater
Going on our 10th year of hosting, Community Day raises money and awareness for local organizations and nonprofits. With last year’s amazing turnout, Whitewater was able to donate over $15,000.
This year, come out and support local community organizations by purchasing a $25 + GST Lift Ticket. All funds raised from these Lift Ticket sales will go directly to supporting the Avalanche Awareness Beyond the Boundaries Society (AABBS), the Kootenay Emergency Response Physicians Association (KERPA), and Kootenay Co-op Radio.
This year, Whitewater will also be running a food drive! Please bring any canned goods and non-perishables to our Guest Services building. Collections will be given to the Nelson Community Food Centre.
We look forward to seeing you out on the slopes for a good time and a great cause!
Community Day Lift Tickets are only available to locals that reside within the geographic area below.
Tickets can only be purchased the day of at Guest Services on-mountain, Snow School, the Glory Lodge, and the Hummingbird Lodge, not at our Downtown Office or online.
