One of the biggest changes on Baker Street this winter is at Rosling Real Estate, which, open since 1945, is the city’s oldest real estate brokerage. Rosling has been with the Coldwell Banker office for 30 years. But as of the new year, owners Kevin and Layla Arcuri and Tad and Tammy Lake have teamed up with Canadian-owned Royal LePage. The new office is now Royal LePage Rosling Realty. Kevin Arcuri and Managing Broker Jennifer Lebedoff spoke with Kootenay Morning about the change and the region’s real estate market.
