Hope Beyond Borders is a grassroots not-for-profit animal rescue based in Nelson, BC. They recently took a trip across multiple borders to save dogs in Mexico. Two volunteers, Denise Maglio and Nicholas Albright, and one of the dogs, Mandy, joined Kootenay Morning to talk about their trip, the work they are doing, and the help that they need.
