We are headed into a number of days of potentially record-breaking temperatures. Environment Canada is forecasting highs of 41 degrees for the next four days as part the heat wave we’ve been experiencing for the past four or five days.
The temperatures are downright dangerous.
Nelson Fire Chief Len McCharles joined Kootenay Morning on June 28 to let KCR know the word on what the city’s emergency preparedness experts are doing to help us all beat the heat.
