Don Gayton is a grasslands ecologist and the author o Landscapes of the Interior: A Re-exploration of Nature and the Human Spirit and The Wheatgrass Mechanism, among others.
He reads from the opening of his book which includes his dog Spud, the hunter of dandelions. Interwoven Wild: An Ecologist Loose in the Garden, nominated for a B.C. Book Prize and published by Thistledown Press. The music is Tom Waits.
