Federal New Democrat Party members here in the new riding of Columbia/Kootenay/Southern Rockies will cast their votes for the party’s candidate for Minister of Parliament later this month. The nomination race on February 27. Kallee Lins, executive director of the West Kootenay Regional Arts Council, is one candidate.
