Michelle Mungall was one of the two youngest women in Canada to serve on a city council, represented the former Nelson-Creston riding as MLA until 2020, and served as Minister of Energy and Minister of Jobs. She arrived in Nelson in 2001 and, after 24 years here, is leaving to start the next chapter of life in Vancouver. She joins KM today to reflect on her life and career in the Kootenays.
