Buttons & Pockets – Capitol Family Series
Buttons & Pockets is interactive theatre for young audiences that explores the science and mythology of space, and the magic of the creative process.
This whimsical, Seussian fable follows “Pockets”, a bewildered fashion designer, as she tries to craft the fabric of space-time into a brand new universe. Music, magic, and hijinks ensue
thanks to Buttons, the “Super Star” that she creates.
A cosmic romp for children of all ages, Buttons & Pockets has received rave reviews from audiences at the Edmonton International Fringe Festival. It is produced by Slocan Valley local theatre company, Material Theatre.
