Family Yoga with the Om Work Guru at the Salmo Valley Youth and Community Center

Yoga has serious benefits for everyone and anyone but especially when it comes to kids learning should be fun!!
The Om Work Guru (trained by KAY) offers children (and their parents) an opportunity to learn about relaxation while keeping them engaged with games and music. See the video to find out about some of what you will learn in class.
This class series will be an opportunity for families to participate in a class and learn about the benefits of yoga together.
Classes are open to children ages 2-12 and children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The cost for this class will be $10 per person. You can pre-register for individual classes or register for 10 classes for $80.
Drop ins are also welcome but only 14 people will be able to attend each session so register now to save your space.
