11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Participatory workshop | Moms’ Circle with Véronique Trudel

A welcoming space to relax, share, and find concrete solutions to everyday challenges. Here, we listen to each other, inspire each other, and move forward with the help of the community.

For parents—and anyone who cares for children, regardless of their age.

2:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. – Participatory workshop | “Being a woman entrepreneur in a minority community” with Justine Gareau-Loyer

Justine, a French-speaking entrepreneur, shares her journey, challenges, and successes while showing us how to make delicious focaccia at the Ruelle bakery.

5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. – Testimonial | “The story of a battle against breast cancer” with Alexandra Pronovost

Alexandra shares her journey of resilience, her experience with the healthcare system, and the importance of community support in French.

6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. – Community evening | Clothing swap, drinks, and tapas

An evening of good vibes to chat, laugh, swap clothes, and enjoy a festive atmosphere. On the agenda: an open space to discuss anything and everything, have fun together, be pampered with tapas, relax, enjoy massages, and find a listening ear. In short: a real break for yourself, among women.

This event is made possible thanks to funding from the Franco-Zone project of the Alliance des femmes de la francophonie canadienne, and with the support of the Government of Canada.
