Full Moon Sound Ceremony

Join Zach for an intimate ceremonial Breath, Sound, and Prayer Ritual @ Soma Studio in honour of our beautiful Great Luna. For the Full Moon Zach will be weaving together a sacred space for intentional prayer through Breath & Sound. This is a potent opportunity to let go of anything in our being which has already served its purpose as we head into the holidays, and to open to a deeper connection to our truest essence.
Breath is Spirit, and Spirit is Breath. As we breathe in Spirit, Spirit breathes in us. It is in this dance, of Breath and Spirit that we have the power to weave our prayers into the Spirit in All Things.
Participants will be guided into offering prayers through the Spirit of their Breath into bits of sage, which will be burned later in a sacred fire ritual on land following the ceremony. Zach will then guide everyone into a gentle deepening of Breath followed by sacred sounds from the Didgeridoo, Tibetan Bowls, and Harmonica. Finally the space will transition into a guided heart sharing circle and closing of the ceremony.
*note* this is not a cathartic breathwork journey

About the Facilitator:
Zach’s Heart is in union the didgeridoo. It is through this sacred relationship that he discovered how to alchemize his inner spiritual experiences into a physical expression. And it is in these expressions where his understanding and experience of the aliveness in All Things has deepened. He is deeply passionate about sharing the medicine he has recieved from the didgeridoo – the power of prayer through Breath.
Zach has been exploring his inner landscapes with vigor for over 6+ years through immersive experiences with breathwork, plant medicines, sweat lodges, yoga, mindfulness, trekking and more. He has been fortunate to build relations with many powerful mentors and Spirit guides across many understandings, and many lands. During his explorations, he has found his primary guidance in the Spirit of the Wind, or Animos – the Pulsating Life Force Breathing within All Things.
