Kootenay Co-op Classes: Aromatherapy 101

During this interactive class you will learn the basics of aromatherapy. Toby will share how aromatherapy works and teach the 5 main ‘ aroma families, so you can easily decide which essential oils to use and why! You’ll walk away with your very own remedy blend and a deeper understanding of how to use essential oils for both your physical and emotional well being.
