masala magic: exploring appetizers in indian cuisine

Join us and chef Rahul Joshi for an exciting 4-part series exploring Indian Cuisine. From pakoras to tandoori, curries and desserts, over 4 weeks we’ll explore cooking a full course Indian meal from appetizers to desserts. Attend classes individually or all four – register + attend all 4 classes will receive a $30 in-store gift card ($7.50 off each class for members)
In this first part of our Indian cooking series, Chef Rahul introduces students to the glorious world of pakoras and chutneys, as we prepare these foods from scratch. We’ll also be making Aloo Tikki Chaat, a famous Indian Street Food that will impress your friends + family with your culinary skills.
