The Langham presents Tenise Marie
Join us for a truly special night on October 25th as the incredibly talented singer-songwriter Tenise Marie, from Argenta, takes the stage at The Langham Theatre to celebrate the launch of her highly anticipated new album, “Off The Record”.
This self-produced, genre-blending project is Tenise at her most vulnerable—a deeply personal journey chronicling identity, healing, and self-discovery, inspired in part by her travels and her mixed European and Assyrian heritage. Her music weaves together the warmth of acoustic folk with the richness of R&B, soul, and Middle Eastern instrumentation (including the oud!).
Reviewers describe her work as having “luminous vocals and clear-eyed, confessional lyrics.” Come witness her “tender but powerful voice” and the grounded storytelling of a local artist in the beautiful, intimate setting of the Langham.
