Nelson City Councillor Cal Renwick stopped by Kootenay Morning on Aug. 10 to chat about a few projects on the books at City Hall and what kind of effect Covid related economic stimulus packages could have on the Heritage City in the coming months.
A number of projects are being considered at the moment from a wide array of local non-profits that include the Nelson Public Library, the Capitol Theater, the Civic Theatre, the Cube Climbing Gym and others, but none have gotten the green light as of yet.
“We haven’t made any decisions yet,” Renwick told KCR News, “but we will have to soon.”
