Cecilia Jaques, Senior Climate and Energy Strategist for the City of Nelson, and Dharma McBride, a family physician and Department Head of the Kootenay Lake Hospital Emergency Department, joined KM to discuss the Winter Cycling Expo, and how cycling benefits our health and the health of the planet.
