In the opinion of a lot of business and downtown residents, the recent escalation in crime and violence in our communities has reached a crisis point. There’s an organization in BC that is garnering a strong following, and you likely heard of Save Our Streets. Local business owner and community advocate Tanya Finley has been involved with the SOS organization here and in Victoria. She’s here today to tell us a bit about where the SOS effort is at, as well as where things are for the local hospitality sector and her passion for community.
