Big Ledge: The Triumphs and Tribulations of Robert E. Sproule (the whole truth and nothing but the truth) depicts the life of American prospector Robert Sproule, who arrived on Kootenay Lake in 1882, when European settlement was getting underway in earnest. Within just a few short years a dozen mines were in production and new towns such as Nelson and Kaslo rose seemingly overnight.
The cast included Laurie Jarvis, Stephen Fowler, Richard Rowberry. Jordana Champagne, Michael Calladine, Don Thompson, Geoff Burns, Nick Ruskin, David Edgington, Carly Brandel, Karen Agnew, Eli Geddis, and d’Eon himself.
The play was presented over 2 nights and was recorded live by Terry Brennan. Part 1 & 2 were recorded Sept 14. Part 3 & 4 were recorded Sept 15.
