The Canada Council for the Arts has announced the winners of the 2021 Governor General’s Awards in Visual and Media Arts.
This year, eight great Canadian artists are being honoured in recognition of their exceptional careers and their remarkable contribution to the visual and media arts and fine crafts.
Lou Lynn, a veteran of the nation’s visual art scene, is the recipient of the Saidye Bronfman Award. She’s also an expert in a vital skill many artists admittedly struggle with — making a living by effectively marketing and selling their work.
