BC took some big steps back to pre-pandemic life as of May 25.

The province announced a four-step re-opening plan that could see people all out and about again as early as September.

Family gatherings, intimate celebrations, fuller restaurants and freer travel are all on the horizon as long as case counts and hospitalizations decline.

Tom Thomson the Executive Director of the Nelson and District Chamber of Commerce stopped by Kootenay Morning on May 26 to talk about the latest roll-backs — some of which are a little surprising — and what the next few months could look like.
