Our Kootenay Co-op Radio Annual General Meeting (AGM) is coming up!

We will be holding our 2023 AGM IN-PERSON on Thursday November 16th starting at 5:30pm at the Nelson & District Chamber of Commerce Boardroom located upstairs at 91 Baker Street in Nelson, BC.

It has been a big year behind the scenes at KCR, and we are excited to share news of all of the hard work and what we’ve been up to over the past year! Note that you will have to RSVP by emailing staff@kootenaycoopradio.com before November 16th at 9am, and here’s why…

1.  According to our by-laws (aka “Rules of the Association”) we need a minimum of 25 members in order to have a valid AGM. So, we need to make sure we have at least that many members join us.

2.  Members will need to vote on a few items, including the presentation of our June 30th year-end financials and director elections*.
