100 Mile Chef’s Choice Potluck

Potluck dinner featuring 20 dishes crafted by regional chefs, wild foraged edibles and ingredients grown by local farmers.
This fund raising dinner is a part of the Kootenay Ecofest which is bringing people together to celebrate ways of reducing our impact on the environment. Funds raised from this dinner will go towards various projects sponsored by the non-profit Kootenay Outdoor and Environmental Learning Society (see https://koelsociety.com/initiatives/). Primary ingredients for all menu items will be sourced locally and some dishes will include locally collected wild edibles.
