A Taste of Baldface

You don’t need a helicopter reservation to experience the culinary side of Baldface Lodge. We’re bringing Chef Colin Vyner out of the backcountry and into our Fairview café for an intimate, one-night collaboration combining mountain hospitality with French pâtisserie.

Gather around the table in Fairview for welcome après snacks, featured Kootenay farm produce, and three sit-down courses finished with a custom dessert by Cyrielle.

• Location: L&C Bakery Fairview (Sit-down café)

• Schedule: Doors & après snacks at 6:30 PM | Dinner served at 7:00 PM

• Tickets: $90 per person

• Drinks: Beer, wine, and soft drinks available for purchase throughout the evening.

The Menu

Après

• Tuna, corn & peach tartlet

• Slow-roasted pork empanada with cool ranch

• Crispy masa waffle with jalapeño butter

First Course

• Marinated tomato salad with fresh herbs, pecorino cheese, and Parmesan panna cotta

Second Course

• Secret-spiced half chicken served with Foresight Farms potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and salsa verde

Dessert

• Exclusive pâtisserie creation by L&C Bakery
