Are You Listening? a one-woman play by Zaynab Mohammed

World events make the one-woman play on Friday, April 19 at 7:30pm at Taghum Hall feel especially timely. Nelson poet, artist, and performer Zaynab Mohammed performs “Are You Listening?”, a carefully woven narrative that traces centuries of colonization and displacement and reflects on what is learned through the art of listening. Fellow artist Bessie Wapp will join Zaynab on stage for a Q&A after the performance. Tickets are available at Taghum Shell, Otter Books, and online at taghumhall.ca.
