Basic Sourdough Baking

In this class you will learn how to make beautiful artisan sourdough bread loaves that are sure to impress. We will go into detail about how to start and maintain your own sourdough starter. You’ll get step-by-step instructions on how to become an accomplished sourdough baker. In addition to adding sourdough bread to your repertoire, you’ll also learn how to make sourdough crackers. Everyone will leave the class with their own sourdough starter and some tasty snacks.
