Celebrate Winter Solstice (One Day Retreat)

Join us at this potent time of the sun’s rebirth. We will be honouring our deep connection with nature, inviting in the nurturing power of the Light and letting it shine out to others throughout the world.
Combining movement and stillness we will be reflecting, bringing together the opposites and connecting to the wisdom within. Tools such as the Divine Light Invocation, visualizations, meditations, and gentle hatha yoga movements with reflection encourage a deeper understanding of your life’s path. Yoga is now– a perfect time to pause, reflect and renew with insights about how you want to move forward with loving kindness which expands out to each other, the planet and beyond.
