Join us at the Nelson Museum for a panel discussion on our relationship to local forests, featuring former MLA and logger Corky Evans, West Kootenay Watershed founder and former RDCK director Ramona Faust, fire mitigation and emergency preparedness expert Rik Valentine, professional forester and forest ecologist Herb Hammond, and representation from the Sinixt Confederacy. The discussion will be moderated by strategic resource planning consultant John Cathro.
