Celebrate Family Day in Kaslo’s Winter Wonderland!
Join us on Monday, February 17th, 2025, for the Kaslo Winter in the Forest Festival, 10 am to 3 pm at the Kaslo Airport lands, a cherished tradition hosted by the Kaslo & District Community Forest Society. With nearly two decades of history, this much-loved event brings our community together to celebrate the beauty of our forests and the joy of winter.
Nestled among Kaslo’s stunning natural landscapes, this fun-filled day offers activities for all ages:
- Hot Food and Drinks by donation to the Kaslo Housing Society.
- Explore cross-country ski trails.
- Cheer on or join the hilariously exciting human dog sled race.
- Test your skills in the thrilling woodsmen competition.
- Enjoy live music and the energy of street hockey.
- Let the kids (and kids-at-heart!) delight in the sledding hill.
Whether you’re a competitor, spectator, or someone looking to soak in the vibrant community spirit, there’s something for everyone at Kaslo Winter in the Forest!
