Kaslo Winter in the Forest Festival

An outdoor festival that celebrates traditional winter fun and food in a beautiful setting. Listen to local musicians and storytellers while you warm yourself at the fire or toast bannock on a stick. Hot homemade soup, cocoa, hotdogs and tire sur la neige are by donation to the Kaslo Housing society. Local non profits man interesting booths or provide demos. Activities include X-country skiing (skis provided) sledding, all-ages woodsmen competitions, ball hockey, a human dogsled race; and crafts, snow painting and a big-ball area for the little ones.
