Join Maggie Jones and learn how to create your own delicious, fermented foods right in your own kitchen. Our Basic fermentation class covers the science of the craft and shows you how to make delicious and healthy ferments. We cover everything sauerkraut as well as many other ferments. Make your own sauerkraut in the class—make it plain or make it fancy, we will show you how!
