Life hint – you’re going to die (and so is everyone you love)… Now that we have that unspoken truth out of the way, let’s have lunch.
Mortal Morsels is a day for you to do the thing most people spend most of their lives avoiding: looking directly at death, and getting clear-eyed and surprisingly cheerful about it. You’ll trace the values and people who made you who you are, get the practical planning stuff started (wills, advance care, the conversations you keep putting off), and think honestly about what you’ll leaving behind — and for whom.
This isn’t morbid. It’s not a TED talk about mindfulness. It’s a room full of people willing to talk about a thing that make us nervous, led by an ER nurse who’s seen enough endings to know what makes a good beginning.
