Nelson Pride Paint the Crosswalk
Help us paint the town rainbow! We’re painting two crosswalks right downtown this year, at Baker and Hall. Join us to add your stripe of the rainbow.
Paint and supplies are generously donated by Nelson Home Hardware. Bring yourself and clothes you don’t mind getting colourful. We’ll also have a DJ set from Christopher Wayne and some snacks.
When – Sunday, August 23, 2026 · 5 – 7 pm
Where – Baker and Hall intersection, Downtown Nelson

Ages – All ages
Accessibility – Baker Street and the Hall Street intersection are flat and paved. Painting happens at ground level, so bring a kneeling pad if that helps.
