The Nelson Farmers Market proudly supports local farmers and small business owners from around The Kootenay Region. The market has a wide variety of fresh farm produce, including fruit & vegetables, dairy, honey, meat, and eggs.
Our amazing artisan vendors create beautiful pottery, jewelry, apothecary, home goods, and so much more! While you browse the market for amazing goodies and gifts, you can treat yourself to some delicious fresh-baked pastries, hot foods, and a variety of tasty beverages.
Our goal as a market is to provide community members access to healthy food and support the direct interactions between farmers and consumers. The Nelson Farmers Market operations are a means of the City of Nelson’s goal to promote and support local food sustainability.
We are a proud member of the BC Association of Farmers’ Markets. (BCAFM)
