On September 28, the Doukhobor Discovery Centre’s Borshch Cook-off features up to fifteen cooks from around the Kootenay and Boundary regions that will have their dishes judged and tasted by judges and visitors at the event. Hosted by the Doukhobor Discovery Centre, the Cook-off is a celebration of heritage and cultural diversity in the West Kootenays that welcomes everyone to come!
