“This four-song collection captures the heart of our current sound — three-part harmonies woven with banjo, stomp-clap-cajon rhythms, and spoken word. Rooted in gospel, rhythm & blues, folk traditions, and poetic storytelling, the EP moves between hush and swell, ritual and release. It was recorded live-off-the-floor to preserve the intimacy and chemistry of our trio.”

Oh Pray Tell is based in British Columbia. Sally Titasey and Shayna Jones live on Sinixt Territory (Slocan Valley, BC), while Betty Supple moves between territories, often spending time on the lands of the Sinixt, Haudenosaunee, Anishinaabe, Huron-Wendat, Quw’utsun, and Snuneymuxw Peoples.

As a trio of three mothers, our lived experiences shape the music:

Shayna Jones is a storyteller and a full-blooded African-Canadian woman.

Sally Titasey is a visual artist and Torres Strait Islander with Melanesian, Polynesian, and European roots.

Betty Supple is a multidisciplinary artist and a neurodivergent white descendant of settlers.
